Thank you for being part of our Loyalty Rewards Program. As of October 18, 2026, the program is closed. Collectors Points can no longer be earned or redeemed, and Rewards are no longer available.
Any Collectors Points that were not redeemed for a Reward before this date, including points that had not yet reached the minimum needed to redeem a Reward, are no longer valid and cannot be redeemed, transferred or exchanged.

Frequently asked questions
What happens to my Collectors Points?
Collectors Points had no cash value and could only be redeemed for Rewards once an account reached the minimum points required. With the program’s end, all unredeemed points, including balances below that minimum, are no longer valid or redeemable. They can’t be carried over, transferred or exchanged for cash, credit or products.
Does this affect my orders?
No. Open orders, returns and exchanges are not affected.
Can I still use a gift card?
Yes. Gift cards are separate from the Loyalty Rewards Program and are not affected.
